Al-Kharafi visionary and progressive leadership has created the Arab Company for Computer Manufacturing, EMAK high tech trading agency, EMAK academy, and other companies, and is investing heavily in the high-tech industry and is contributing to building the high tech know how, infrastructure, and industry in Egypt.
As shown in the Figure below, the group investments are based on a comprehensive vision of creating and establishing a number of independent complementary high tech institutions and companies active in providing high tech education, trade, developing and manufacturing high tech products, and providing voice, broadband and wireless communication services in Egypt.
Those companies run independent of each other, and as they contribute to building and enhancing the high tech infrastructure in Egypt , they interact and benefit from each other activities and they also benefit other companies in the high-tech field in Egypt .
To guarantee the success of this comprehensive high-tech vision, Al-Kharafi group has established a strong Research and Development (R&D) organization to provide technical lead and support to that group of companies as well as to develop high-tech products tailored for the Egyptian, Middle East and African markets.


Al-Kharafi group of companies employ modern effective leadership and management methodologies and processes, and focus on people development, motivation, and effectiveness. They are all working to acquire and develop high-tech know-how and capability through building strong teams that comprise engineering, R&D, business development, advanced planning, operations, sales marketing, and finance teams. They all work to achieve Al-Kharafi Group goals, and leverage their position within the group and Egypt 's well educated and skilful manpower to achieve growth and diversification while conducting successful business.
